HOW DOES IT WORK ?

Order confirmation

Once you have confirmed and completed your order through the shopping cart, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive a second email when your order is being prepared for shipping from which you will be able to track the status of your order.

Tracking for parcel deliveries

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking number.

Tracking for pallet deliveries

Once your order is ready and that we have scheduled your delivery, you will receive an email containing the specific delivery date of your order. If you require to have your order delivered on a specific date, please mention that requirement to our team.

You must also ensure that the delivery team has safe access to your home, including an appropriate parking space, and that all obstacles, walkways and interior spaces have been cleared. If the delivery team cannot safely fit the merchandise through the passage you have cleared, the delivery will need to be rescheduled and a second delivery fee will apply.

Verify your order

During the delivery, please inspect the outside condition of the goods and notify the carrier of any damages to the packaging. Please specify in writing on the delivery bill any apparent damage before signing off the delivery. Our customer service will then be happy to resolve any issues if the products have been altered from those damages.

Frequently asked questions

I live in a house. Where will the delivery team leave the boxes?
Our standard service is a curbside delivery. For example, the delivery team will leave the boxes in the driveway or they will be left in the garage if this one is easily accessible from the driveway.

Our standard delivery service does not include inside delivery or into a specific room of the house. If you would like to request this service, you must request it at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Additional fees for this service will apply. This service might not be available in certain regions.
I live in a condo/apartment. Where will the delivery team leave the boxes?
Our standard service is curbside delivery. Your boxes will be delivered in the driveway entrance closest to the first accessible entry to the building.

Can I change my delivery date?
Yes, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date. However, additional fees will apply for changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
Can I choose my delivery window?
No, you cannot choose your three-hour delivery window, it will be assigned to you by our logistics agent.
What if no one is home when they try to deliver my order?
If no one is home to accept delivery, additional charges will be required for rescheduling your order.
Do I have to help lift or carry anything?
Definitely not! Our delivery team is responsible for unloading the truck and depositing the items at the agreed location.
