These plastic spacers have a unique "spiral-wedge" shape which can be rotated to create a variable gap from 1/16" to 7/8". They are thick enough to create the necessary expansion gap for hardwood floor installations, and are adjustable on the fly to accommodate walls that are not straight. They are also helpful in spacing masonry and stone on wall installations where variable support is needed. Inexpensive and reusable. Sold twelve spacers per pack.
